My 14 year old niece fell in love with fellow cc'er Virginia's Penguin Party Cake... so I just had to make it for her 14th birthday. Lemon cake with buttercream, fondant penguins, ice cream cone trees and an igloo made from the wondermold pan. I loved it because this was one that my daughter could help with which made it special. My niece and all her little girlfriends loved it! Thanks Virginia! The only change I made was the addition of hats, scarves, and earmuffs... but I liked it just as well without them.
