I made this for my niece as a 16th birthday gift, it is the first time I have carved a cake like this and was nervous to start with but it ended up being a fun cake to make. It was a 9" and 7" vanilla cake with vanilla and raspberry filling all covered in fondant with gumpaste bow and candles. Thanks as always for looking x Inspiration came from Andreas sweetcakes
