This was a birthday/baptism cake. The client (a close friend of mine) didn't want anything religious so I thought I'd bring some spring back into this dreary winter with some daisies. The cake is chocolate cake with Lindt dark chocolate ganache, chocolate buttercream and chocolate fondant. No one wanted to cut it but I was glad we did because it was soooo yummy!!
