Princess themed cake for a dear friend's little girl who was celebrating her 1st birthday! Her first daughter passed at birth and so this is her second daughter but first 1st bday... I wanted this cake to be amazing! I can critique it & pull it apart.. but it really was magical that day! This cake was my first attempt at a topsy.. the 20 minute drive was worse than any trip I've taken while in labor! Talk about feeling every bump/curve/dip in the road! All bc with fondant crown & accents. Wires suspended crystal hearts that are hard to see but were beautiful! The inside is my 'disco hippie' cake which is striped 4 colors-- this thing took so long just to mix & pour all the colors!! :o)
