This cake was for my girls (just a few of my guinea pigs. lol). This was one idea off my "cake idea" to do list. It's a quarter sheet butter cake with chocolate filling. It's covered and decorated in homemade lemon buttercream (well most of it, the flowers were tube icing). The pond is piping gel, the frogs and lily pads are homemade lemon mmf. I really enjoyed making this cake. I think I'm getting faster, cuz this one only took me two days (day one: baking, filling, crumbcoating. day two: icing, decorating) I was really surprised I got it done so quickly, and with no stress at all!
