Thanks everyone! I got the idea from invitations we were lucky to find with the characters peering into a baby basket. To make the stump, I cut cake scraps and attached them to the sides at random. Then I piled on a thick layer of buttercream and combed the sides a few times with a fork. Glad you liked it!
