For my daughter's third birthday she wanted a Wizard of Oz cake. I made two small sheet cakes, one butter, one chocolate, and put them side by side. The characters are all fondant. The Emerald City is cookies covered in fondant. Iced in buttercream, with fondant yellow brick road.
