This is a pound cake with apricot filling on the bottom. The hat was carved in my cake class and covered with fondant. The Wrigley Field sign is Royal Icing. I made this for my father's 72 birthday, he is a Chicago Cubs fan. He lived in the Budweiser house across the street as a boy. He loved the cake.
