This cake was our first topsy turvy cake. My mom was asked to make a cake for a lady at the hospital she works at, who was getting married, as her shower gift. So we decided to make her a topsy turvy cake, with her wedding colors. This cake was all homemade. White almond sour cream cake, with a raspberry reduction sauce for the filling, covered in marshmallow fondant. Bottom tier is covered in chocolate marshmallow fondant.
