I made a tropical themed cake and cupcakes for a good friend's baby shower. The cupcakes were super easy to make - I just used cocktail umbrellas and cut up a fruit roll-up for beach mats. For the cake, I used a picture posted here on cake central by member mitzoblitzo for inspiration. The palm trees were a lot of fun to make and the sand is crushed graham crackers. Thanks for looking!
