Fondant Textbook - Debbie Brown. Coffee cup was positioned wrong, so i turned it and only the fondant moved. So i had major sagging afterwards. Lesson learned - lift cake and move the entire cake, dont try to turn it in position. Swiss buttercream as the whipped cream, sprinked with hot choc mix.
