I LUV doing hexagon cakes! It's been years since I've made one and omg, please send me a bride with a hexagon request every weekend! I was nervous about doing it, but it was amazingly easy! This was for a 25th anniv. Couple's daughter helped with the design. I LUV the different colors ... soft sage green, peach, orange and fuschia pink. Top 2 tiers were spice with apple filling, then lemon with dreamsicle filling, then choc with choc-raspberry filling. The 16" single layer base layer had no filling. Cake serves 218 as shown (at $3.50/serving = $763 in Indiana). The Precious Moments figurine was from their orig wedding cake.
