Pound cake with buttercream icing - I swirled midnight blue and black together to get a marbled effect. White chocolate skull. Bones made of white chocolate fondant. Bats, jack-o-lantern, tree and tombstone all made of gum paste. Skeleton hand was a purchased decoration and matches the cake truffles in the second picture.
