Two tier buttercream cake with fondant accents and gumpaste figures. I made a 12-inch round chocolate cake for the bottom and a 8-inch round white cake for the top. My first time making animals as well as my first time making sugar flowers. This cake was made for a little girl's 2nd birthday, so I made sure to bring in some girly components such as the butterflies, flowers and the pink name and number.
