Love the color scheme! Bottom tier is 10" sq. chocolate cake w/ chocolate ganache filling. Top tier is 6" confetti (white cake w/blue sprinkles) cake w/ white chocolate ganache filling. Both tiers covered in fondant. Fondant "ribbon" around bottom, polka dots, bow, and curlicues. Blocks are all fondant as well w/fondant letters & detailing.
