My husband LOVES ice cream cakes so I make him one for his birthday every year. I mad it super simple this year but it was super yummy! The bottom layer is chocolate ice cream and the top layer is chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream. There is a layer of fudge in the middle and the outside is smoothed vanilla ice cream. Yum!!
