Buttercream, caramel cake with dulce de leche filling. Half sheet cake, fondant decorations. Again cake in a hurry... long to have plenty of time next time!!! I totaly forgot to buy cocoa and black icing color to do the outlining and face details. I used blue gel color and a brush. =S
