This is a three tiered birthday cake that I made for my daughter's first birthday. The top tier is sour cream pound cake, the middle tier is pumpkin, and the bottom tier is chocolate chip pound cake. All tiers were covered in MMF. This was my first attempt at a tiered cake and my second attempt at a fondant cake.
