This was a last minute idea to bring to my friend Kristey's house. She has a sand beach in her suburban yard. The only thing sunny the day of party was on this plate. Used: fugdey brownie baked in petal cake pan, white frosting over brownie, gel frosting for water, processed graham cookies for sand, mini graham bears for beach goers, mini pretzel sticks for sand barrier with green sprinkle sugar next to it for "grass", cut out beach blankets from bottom of decorative cupcake liners and used dab of frosting to glue bears on blankets, oval pool of pink glitter gel for floating rings with bears plunged in, and my favorite -- cocktail umbrellas to shield the bears!
