Bottom tier is cream cheese pound cake with strawberry buttercream filling and vanilla buttercream icing. Covered with fondant. Both tiers dusted with luster dust. The "bubbles" are fondant balls coated with luster dust.

Duckie is fondant and Froggie is marzipan.
