This is a carrot cake, with cream cheese frosting/icing. I've been researching on the internet, and bought some old Wilton books, bought more tips, so I needed a "reason" to make a cake and try some new designs. I want to thank serious cakes for her youtube videos, the rose on this cake came from her demonstrations....it is done on the cake and not on the nail....WAY COOL this way!!
