I really didn't think I would ever do a cake like this again, but living in the Midwest, I should have expected it! My best friend's mom got married this past weekend. She came to me after she saw my other western cake and couldn't find a different one that she liked better! So we stuck with the rope and belt cake. Top and middle tier: Chocolate cake with chocolate filling sprinkled with mini chocolate chips. Bottom tier: Vanilla cake with chocolate filling sprinkled with mini chocolate chips also. All covered in chocolate buttercream accented with fondant rope and belt, silver edible paint and fake flowers.
