This was my first attempt at buttercream roses. I followed the directions in the Wilton books and I also tried looking for videos online to see how it was done. I'm not sure that I was doing it correctly, but they came out pretty decent. I'll have to try again another day with a thicker frosting. I also sprayed the cake with green food coloring spray to give it a little tint.
