This was a topsy turvy fall wedding cake done in buttercream with fall leaves and acorns made from fondant and caramels. Even though the vine/branch looks very dark, it was just the chocolate fondant with a bit of aztec gold highlights. The leaves were also brushed with a few different colors of luster dusts. 160 cupcakes adorned with the same fondant accents went with this one! A variety of cake flavors were used, banana, pumpkin spice, red velvet and carrot.
