This is my first belly cake - I think it's my favorite cake I've ever done! Italian Cream cake w/ crusting cream cheese icing, fondant dress, gumpaste/fondant blend for bow. Used half of the sports ball pan for the belly and cupcakes for boobs. Also my first time for ribbon roses - hope I did them right, couldn't find a tutorial!
