4 KG of fresh berries went on top of this cake (not including the 2 KG in the two bottles of berry coulis behind the cake and the 2.5KG inside the white berry mud!!) 9" and 6" tiers this is a choc wrapped madhatter (yes my 3rd madhatter this week!!) i kind of didn't realise the difficulties in doing a choc wrap on a wonky cake!!!! NOT FUN!!! but once i fugured it out it went all right, working with red berries on a white surface is also a nightmare, thank god choclate is easier to clean than fondant lol!! this went up to a mountain resort for a cliff face wedding, i got to deliver it straight to the bride which was excitting!! she loved it and it colour matched her red rose and berry bouquets perfectly!!
