I made this cake for a bake fair. Chocolate cake w/ BC and fondant. The roses are made of gum paste and I used peppermint pearls found in the wedding section at my grocery store. It was my first time with "quilting" and I could have done so much better. I like the way the roses turned out, I dusted them with pearl dust.
