the first time i ever attempted a cake this big, bear is all cake and filled with choc buttercreme, base cake is 12" yellow with vanilla buttercreme and all the cupcakes are red velvet with creamcheese frosting and i delivered it on pins and needles in the truck for 1 and 1/2 hrs.....
