25Th Anniversary on Cake Central

Inspiration from a cake made by angienajjar! LOVED those "ruffle flowers". Mine are made from fondant...which turned out nice. BUT, it was VERY humid at this function and they started to soften. :( Also, I decide to set the teirs off center toward the back thinking I would like the "step" effect...well, I didn't. I won't ever do that again. All things condsidered, it came out nice though. Frosted in bc. Thank for looking!
