For my favorite UT fan, I carved this football helmet out of a 6-inch round and the dome from a bowl I baked some batter in. "Smokey" (Tennessee Volunteers' mascot) is made of gumpaste. My original gumpaste facemask broke, so I had to substitute lollipop sticks at the last minute. Thus, I'm missing a few bars. :(
