This was done for a first birthday party. The mom bought the barbie, so it would match the birthday girl...handmade hybiscus flowers, fondant water fall dusted with glitter, made graham cracker sand to cover back and sides of cake, and placed chocolate seashells on cake as well....made luau cupcakes to match and coordinate with cake...TFL
