After making our daughter's wedding cake a year and a half ago we didn't know if we would do another. A teacher I teach with asked my wife and I to do one for her daughter's wedding. The cake is a 16, 12, 8 inch stacked tier white cake with white buttercream frosting. The bride loves polka dots so the swiss dots worked well. The sheet cake is for chocolate cake lovers and is covered with white buttercream with white rose buds topping each piece.
