Client wanted a mermaid cake for her daughter's 1st birthday. 6" is marble and the 10" is chocolate with all buttercream. Barbie had to be modified. Lower portion of legs were cut off to accommodate the tail. Tail is also starred with buttercream. Seaside decorations are made from chocolate candy molds and the sand is crushed gram crackers.
