First try at a dartboard. Don't let it fool you, while it was a lot of fun to make, it was deceptively difficult to do. Red velvet covered in white chocolate ganache. Each section and piece was cut out seperately then put back together like a big puzzle! OK, so I wish I would have used royal icing instead of buttercream for a cleaner sharper line, but overall, I was pretty happy with the turnout! The napkin was supposed to look like it had bbq sauce on it! Thanks so much Relznik!
