I made this for a friend of mine who was married over the week-end. This is a three tiered white cake with french vanilla custard filling. For my next cake I'll make each tier taller, since these were too short, and I'll buy the proper cutter for the gerbera daisies. All in all it turned out okay for my 3rd fondant cake.
