First castle cake Ive made. It was for my daughters 4th birthday .Wasc colored pink and purple and swirled for bottom tier (wish i would of took a pic after it had been cut). More than half the people invited to her party didnt show up so most of the bowling alley was offered a piece of cake =).......oh yeah, all the cake is edible, the turrets are made with ice cream cones and covered in fondant
