The top two tiers are dummies. The bottom tiers are carrot with cream-cheese filling (Martha Stewart's recipe is THE moister carrot cake ever!) and marbled cake with a chocolate ganache as filling. Covered in chocolate fondant and fresh flowers to decorate.
