I haven't done much cake decorating for the last few years so I'm a little out of practice, but I'm pleased with the way this cake came out. This is also the first time I've worked with fondant and was surprised at how easy it was to use. Cake is Betty Crocker's Cherry Chip cake mix (FIL's request) with butter cream frosting and fondant ribbon and bow.
