Skiing Bithday Cake
My cousin turd 14 and his mom wanted a cake with 3 themes; skiing, school books and soccer as third.
This is a vanilla cake filled with rasberry mousse, passion fruit mousse and lemon curd whipped cream. The hill is only rasberry mousse and lemon curd whipped cream. All coverd in suger paste. The skiier and books I made in modellingpaste. The soccerballs are storebought.
