Did this one long time ago, but I think it was marble cake, nutella buttercream filling and swiss buttercream frosting. Fresh flowers adorned the top along with plastic baby rattle and safety pins. The top part was very hard to figure out how to do, at the time I did not have round/ball cake pan......still trying to remember how in the world I did it! =)
