This is an 8" carrot cake with cream cheese icing. I took the scraps from leveling the cake and made a large cake ball to make the baseball cap and then covered it in fondant. All other accents are also fondant. I used the crusting cream cheese icing but it was hot here today and between the icing trying to melt and crusting at the same time, I had a heck of a time getting it smooth.
