This was a cake I made for a friends birthday...........she had no idea I was making it for her. It is a white butter nut cake, with pineapple,cherry, pecan filling. I tried a recipe for my fondant which is Jennifere Dontz DVD..white chocolate clay and mix with fondant. very tasty !!! Hope she enjoyys it.
