this is a chocolate cake that I made for my grandson's 5th b-day. He loves Jeff Gordon. The car turns as it is sitting on a display stand that turns. Carved the corners to make it an oval track. Used mini oreo cookies as tirers around the track with chocolate rocks all around the bottom of the cake. I covered the display stand with cut out squares from fondant and stuck them on it.
