The Cake is a Chocolate and Vanilla mix with BC icing. It is covered in home made fondant. The customer loved the color green and we had about 5 hours to decorate. The stars are gum paste. They are sprayed with an airbrush. The 2009 is also gum paste with a silver spray. There are silver twist to help give the cake some dimension. I am unsure how noticeable they are in this picture. The person is a bobble head that we bough so that the grad student can have something to remember their cake by.
