Cherry Ripe mud cake with ganache/fondant... all else sugarpaste and RI. Minicakes chocolate cake with cherry ripes thown in for good measure...! Making the minis was time consuming and I will never do them again...EVER! The red icing bled onto everything!!!! just realised the big cake is not square on the board...didn't notice that before! oops!
