this cake was huge!! carved from 2x 12" squares (4" high) and weighed a tone!! replicated from a previouse design of mine, found it hard to do the detail on such a large scale so not as happy with this version as i was with the origional white one. bike on the back is gumpaste and floral wire, all gold is painted lustre, it was so big i had no boxes to fit i had to go and buy a moving box and lay it sideways to get the board in!!!!! choc mud ganached and covered in fondant,
