This is a cake I made for a teacher I worked with when she retired this year. She was the reading specialist / test coordinator at our Elementary School. The words on the cake pertain to her job. The cake is white with buttercream icing with fondant accents. The border on the side of the cake is fondant made to look like post-it-notes. She always had post-its everywhere.
