This is a 3-tier topsy-turvy cake (the top 2 tiers at least!). All 3 layers are Mac's Moms Chocolate SC cake. Top tier had a homemade Caramel Filling w/Italian BC, middle layer was Choc Truffle w/Heath Bar. bottom layer was Choc/Rasp Truffle filling. All recipes came from Mac's Moms recipe list! Thanks to her! I sculpted the bloody horse's head and really surprised myself that I could actually do it that well! It's inspired me to sculpt more often. I'd love some feedback as to how much you professionals out there think I should have charged for this cake. I spent the better part of 3 days making this cake! Thanks for looking!!
