I've decorated cakes off and on for 25 years, working at various grocery stores, and Baskin Robbins. This was the first wedding cake I've ever done. I did not get to set it up (I worked nights) and it was set inside the platter instead of on top. I'm still very please on how it turned out. I've since learned how to dowl/tier correctly. Looking forward to doing another cake in the near future. Thanks for looking and appreciate any comments/suggestions.
