Mermaid cake for little girls fourth birthday. Buttercream with fondant accents and decorations. Had a hard time with the wonder mold cake falling apart, I baked 3 cakes. Finally used pound cake and it held together. Any suggestions as to why this was happening is greatly appreciated. TFL :)
